Performance(CHP) 427w engine and mated to a Tremec 5-Speed
transmission. This engine features Ford Motorsport valve covers,
Cobra air cleaner, Victor Jr. Intake, heavy duty MSD plug wires and
billet distributor! Additional features include silver ceramic
coated side pipes with heat shields.
All Superformance MKIII's come standard with a Limited Slip
Differential and Power Disc 4 Piston Wilwood Brakes. Other options
include the custom coil-over shocks which provide a sporty ride
while improving the car's handling, while riding on Cooper Cobra
15" Tires. Soft top and tonneau cover are included.
Inside the car, SP00780 has period correct Smiths Gauges with a
Lucas Ammeter Gauge in the period correct dash layout. The doors
are secured by original style carriage style latches. All openings,
such as engine bay, trunk and cockpit are wrapped around steel
subframe for increased strength and support. The dash is wrapped in
leather, as are the steel framed seats with period correct webbing
for comfort and aesthetics. A custom center armrest has been fitted
along with a hurst shifter and knob.
