in beautiful condition and is a true California 1 Owner Example!
These cars were fully loaded with every option possible for the
final year of production and only 56 examples were produced in
Black Cherry Metallic (Also called Dark Brahma Jewel by GM). This

condition overall. The car is finished in that rare and beautiful
Dark Cherry Metallic that really looks black in the shade but has
an understated glow in the sunlight. Very subtle and rich! All four
wheels and tires are in great shape with the fresh Good Year tires
w/ aprox 90% tread remaining. Overall condition of the exterior is
a 8 out of 10!
The interior is in great shape all around. The shale leather
interior is all very nice and doesn't show any ware at all. The
dark red on tan color combination is by far the best, and extremely
rare to find in mint condition on these XLRs. All seats, door
panels, carpets, and custom floor mats are very nice for being
almost 15 years old. Also included are the original custom XLR
mats. The interior is extremely comfortable and well optioned. The
leather and wood grain wheel are every bit as nice as any of the
luxury cars out there. Some of the neat options included with the
XLR include the HUD on the windshield just like a fighter jet!
Overall condition of the interior is a 9 out of 10.
Mechanically, this XLR runs great. I cant describe how nice this
car drives. It is extremely smooth and luxurious, but with the
stomp of your foot you unleash all the power of the V8. The
highlight of this car is what lurks under the hood. The specially
designed Northstar V8 puts out a whopping 320 horsepower and the
motor provides ample power to move the car around and will smoke
the tires if you are not careful. All correct accessories are in
place and the motor has been completely detailed to original
condition. The A/C blows ice cold and the car stays cool even in
the 118 degree Arizona heat. The car has just over 47000 miles, so
it is still like new. All in all, this is one heck of a nice car to
drive and will get compliments as well as stares everywhere it
