Vehicle Description
This custom 1979 Pontiac Trans AM 10th Anniversary Edition just
went through a 3-year nut-and-bolt restoration. It is powered by a
6.0-liter LS V8 engine dyno-tested at 460hp, backed by a 6-speed
manual transmission and a 3.73 ratio rear end with posi-traction.
This Trans Am is equipped with a Cold Case radiator, MSD ignition
and stainless-steel headers connected to a stainless exhaust. The
brakes have been upgraded to a Wilwood 4-wheel power disc brake
system. The rear suspension was fitted with Detroit Speed leaf
springs and wheel tubs. It features power windows, a Vintage Air
system and power steering. With 21 miles since the build
completion, this car is documented with restoration sheets.
