Vehicle Description
Yes, this GMT400 as it was internally known as at GM does have over
300K miles. However, you would not know it considering it had a
frame-off restoration in 2010 at around 250K miles. It has traveled
just over 50,000 miles in the last thirteen years and still shows
very nice. It appears that everything was touched from mechanical
to cosmetics. This truck burns no oil, leaks nothing and looks as
good underneath as it does everywhere else. Ever since the rise in
collectability of the square body trucks, it has pushed these up as
well. Not to mention this is a 5-speed manual, step-sideand 4-wheel
drive variant which to me is the holy grail of any truck, you know
when trucks were trucks. This beauty starts easily, idles
perfectly, shifts through all the gears with good tight clutch,
sounds good and goes down the road as good as it did thirty years
ago. GM has been building trucks since 1911 and the rival between
the big three especially when it comes to trucks goes back equally
as far. I don't think you could come close to restoring this truck
today for what we are asking. Please let us know if you have any
further questions or would like to schedule an inspection of this
really cool truck.
