The Defender a 2.5L 4 Cylinder Diesel (19J) with a 5 Speed Manual gearbox. The Land Rover has been completely restored (see pictures to see the restoration process). The Frame has been sand blasted, coated and painted. The whole Chassis has been painted. Exhaust, Suspension, Wheels, Bushings,Headlights, Tail Lights, Grill, Trims, all Glasses incl.Windshield, and countless other components are NEW !
The engine has been completely rebuilt (with receipts). NEW Thermostat, NEW Waterpump, NEW Headgasket, NEW Motor mounts, NEW Clutch, NEW Radiator, NEW fuel pump, NEW injectors, NEW Turbo, NEW Oil pump. Just to name a few !
The odometer shows 365,000 kilometers (228k miles) but the engine has less than 1,000 miles on the clock since the engine has been rebuilt.
The Interior is flawless with new leather seats and carpets ! The Defender currently has a Mountney steering wheel installed but the original classic steering wheel is available.
The restoration and engine rebuilt have been performed in Italy where we personally handpicked this perfect example of a Defender and imported it to the US.
It has a clean Florida title and is ready to be registered anywhere in the US.
