History
ThIs 1949 F-1 Ford is show and cruise ready. Having traveled just
over 4,000 miles since it was finished, it has a high-level show
and cruise event history, and best of all, it has been time proven
to be a dependable and comfortable truck. Notable shows and events
include the Detroit Autorama and the HotRod Power Tour. You'll see
that the build is high quality, and it was built on the foundation
of an all-original metal body, with a custom bed box and running
boards. It's powered by a Ford 347 cubic inch engine using FiTech
EFI, incorporating components like Scat Forged Rotating Assembly,
Mahle Pistons, Dart Heads, a Ford Motorsports Block, Hedman Headers
HTC coated, hydraulic roller cam, an MSD ignition and a March
serpentine pulley system. The suspension comprises a TCI 4-link in
the rear with QA1 Coilovers, along with Heidts Superide in the
front with QA1 Coilovers. This truck also boasts rack and pinion
power steering, Wilwood billet calipers, and Centerline Billet
Wheels (18" front, 20" rear). The interior is custom-designed and
features AutoMeter gauges, a GT Performance steering wheel, a
Bluetooth stereo head unit, and Vintage Air Conditioning. The
performance and drive is impressive, and it will be a draw at any
