Vehicle Description
Zoom Classic Cars proudly presents this 1960 Studebaker Hawk. A
part of American Automotive History, this Hawk shows really well.
New Studebaker motor 289 CI V8 with 2,000 miles. Rebuilt standard
transmission 3 on the tree with O/D. New disc brakes on front and
new dual master cylinder. Finned rear drums, new Cooper tires,
power steering and red interior. The original front bench seat has
been replaced with bucket seats. Upgrades include a tachometer,
after-market stereo, custom steering wheel, console, and driving
lights, stainless steel exhaust system, and a new windshield. The
hood was sourced from a Golden Hawk and the trunk-mounted antenna
from a Rambler Ambassador. Exterior is all original and has some
surface rust as seen in the photos. The car runs very strong, as
the current owner had been using as his daily driver - starts,
stops, runs, shifts, and stops as it should. To learn more and take
