Vehicle Description
The Chevrolet Chevelle is as synonymous with American performance
as baseball and apple pie are to America itself. Looking at this
absolute monster of a '72 Chevelle, it's easy to see why. With its
low-slung stance, curvaceous bodylines and wide track, this
Chevelle makes its presence known immediately. Dressed in an
intimidating black-over-black paint scheme, this Chevelle doesn't
just look frightening, it's got the power to back it up because
when the terms "big-block" and "Chevelle" are combined, good times
are almost guaranteed to be had. Powered by a massive 454 C.I. V8
breathing through a Holley "Demon" 4-barrel carburetor, this
Chevelle is ready to melt its rear tires at a moment's notice.
Adding to this Chevelle's appeal is the Hurst 4-speed manual
transmission sitting behind that gigantic 454, allowing for both
quick shifting and plenty of smiles behind the wheel. The exterior
is bathed in deep gloss black paint, reflecting like a mirror in
the sun after being buffed to a brilliant shine. The triple-black
paint scheme is reflected in the matte-black rally stripes that run
the length of the hood and rear deck, matching perfectly to the
black vinyl top and excellent chrome brightwork! In addition, the
floors, frame, trunk and jambs on this Chevelle are rock-solid and
all are in great shape. Opening the twin doors reveals a stunning
black vinyl interior, complete with SS trim, comfy bucket seats,
and different performance upgrades (such as a large tachometer and
toggle-switches) that give this interior a seriously aggressive
feel. There's plenty of hot options on this Chevelle, including
power steering, power brakes, front disc brakes, an aluminum
radiator with dual pusher fans, Hooker headers, MSD ignition, a
remote chrome driver's mirror, toggle-switches for the electric
fans and ignition, an AutoMeter "Sport-Comp" tachometer, AutoMeter
"Phantom" aux. gauges, and some mean-sounding aftermarket dual
exhausts. Adding to the racy feel of this Chevelle are the flashy
Foose chrome wheels, 17" in the front and 18" in the rear. Those
same wheels are matched to Cooper blackwall tires for optimal grip!
Rest assured, as mean as this Chevelle sounds, it runs and drives
even better and even meaner than it looks. If you're looking to
draw a crowd anywhere you park, then this ominous '72 Chevelle
Malibu may be just what you've been waiting for.
