Vehicle Description
STK 3556 1932 Chevrolet 2 Door Sedan
This is a fully restored 1932 Chevrolet 'BA Confederate' 2-door
sedan. Sitting behind the huge steering wheel is a great
experience, but looking out over the long hood to is even better.
The current owner (7-years) oversaw a complete frame-off
restoration in 2020 and this Chevy is stunning (restoration
notebook w/photos included). The frame was coated with Por-15 rust
inhibitor and the very straight body has excellent panel fit . A
professional 2-tone refinish utilized Light Driftwood Beige ('86
GM) for the body and Dark Beechwood for the fenders ('88 GM).
Accents include outstanding chrome bumpers, grille, headlights, and
hubcaps. The original spoke wheels have been powder-coated and
mount period-correct Firestone 6.50x18 bias ply tires. There is a
rear-mounted spare and a custom car cover is included. The interior
is completely restored and is in very good condition. A restored
dash is outstanding with working factory gauges. The 6-volt
electrical system has been converted to 12-volt and a new wiring
harness has been installed. The Chevy is powered by a 235ci
straight six that was donated by a '55 Chevy truck and is said to
have never required a rebuild. It runs smooth as silk (original
engine available). Behind the 'stovebolt', the original 3-speed
manual transmission has a factory floor mounted shifter and
mechanical drum brakes handle stopping requirements. If you are
considering an original pre-war Chevy, come and study this '32 'BA
Confederate' sedan - you will not be disappointed. ALL VEHICLES
SOLD "AS IS".
