GR Auto Gallery of Indianapolis is pleased to present this 1966
Chevrolet Corvette for your consideration. Finished in a Red
exterior over a Black interior and a black top! This Corvette
appears to have been Sunfire Yellow but at sometime in it's life
received a bit of a makeover with a color change, and a 350 engine.
The strong running 350 is backed by smooth shifting 4 speed manual
transmission. This Vette does include the hardtop. This '66 is a
fun driving C2 that won't break the back, and will give you hours
of enjoyment. Whether you're getting your kicks on Route 66 or just
heading for a local Cars and Coffee, this will get you there! Drive
this one out of our showroom or have us assist with shipping it to
you anywhere in the United States! Don't hesitate to give us a call
with any questions or for more information.
The 1966 model's frontal appearance was mildly altered with an
egg-crate grille insert to replace the previous horizontal bars,
and the coupe lost its roof-mounted extractor vents, which had
proven inefficient. Corvettes also received an emblem in the corner
of the hood for 1966. Headrests were a new option, one of the
rarest options was the Red/Red Automatic option with power windows
and air conditioning from the factory which records show production
numbered only 7 convertibles and 33 coupes.
Price does not include applicable tax, title, license, processing
and/or $199 documentation fees.
