You are looking at an incredibly clean, fully restored 1968 Camaro!
This car is all new with the exception of the roof, cowl panel,
trunk filler panel, trunk latch, and a few trim pieces. It is as
clean as they come and needs nothing but a new home. With just 170
miles since the restoration was completed, this Camaro isn't even
broken in yet!
The exterior is a gorgeous Paradise Blue with Black nose stripe,
15" rally wheels with raised white letter radial tires, steel cowl
hood, front spoiler, and rear spoiler. New floor pans, subframes,
trunk pan, quarter panels, doors, fenders, hood, and trunk lid mean
you have no worries of rust with this classic muscle car.
Turn the key and you will hear a built Chevy small block roar to
life! It sounds fantastic through dual exhaust. The 327 CID V8 is a
10:1 compression ratio and runs on 91/93 octane fuel. The block has
been bored .030 over, features World 202 heads, roller tappets,
Edelbrock RPM Air Gap intake with spacer, and an Edelbrock 4-barrel
carburetor. An MSD distributor and coil provide a strong spark, and
an aluminum radiator with dual electric fans keep this baby running
cool. The engine is nicely dressed with chrome air cleaner with 327
sticker, chrome valve covers, full-length Hooker headers, billet
pullies, and chrome fender braces.
The interior is stock except for a Summit tachometer with built in
temperature, oil pressure, and voltage gauges. The black vinyl
upholstery is all new, along with the dash, dash pad, carpet,
panels, and headliner. The shifter has a nice boot and sits inside
a stock center console with wood grain. It really needs
nothing!
The trunk is super clean and correctly spatter painted with a
correct plaid trunk mat as well. The headlights, which are usually
vacuum, have been converted to electric to eliminate that typical
problem area.
The Tremec sends power through an aluminum driveshaft with safety
loop, and out back to a Yukon Posi 3.73 unit! Front power disc
brakes and power steering make this Camaro a breeze to drive! There
are a lot of cars out there that claim to be restored, but look at
the photos of this Camaro and you will see what a real fully
restored car looks like! Even the underside is incredibly
clean!
