The Topper was the only scooter the Harley-Davidson Motor Company
ever produced, and it was only from 1960-1965. During that time,
only around 3,000 scooters were sold. Featuring a 165 cc engine and
9 HP, this fully restored vintage scooter is finished in Red and
white. Enjoy the nostalgia of classic Americana with this
beautifully restored piece of history. This is a running scooter.
The consignor does not have a title for this scooter, but we will
