1956 Chevrolet Bel Air Green/Gold
Car History
The Chevrolet Bel Air was a full-size car produced by Chevrolet for
the 1950-1981 model years. Initially only the two door hardtops in
the Chevrolet model range were designated with the Bel Air name
from 1950 to 1952, as distinct from the Styleline and Fleetline
models for the remainder of the range.
The 1956 Bel Air back then received a face-lift with a more
conventional full-width grille, pleasing those customers who didn't
favor the Ferrari-inspired '55 front end. Distinctive two-tone
bodyside treatments and graceful front and rear wheel openings
completed the "speedline" restyling.
The beautiful restored Green/Gold White 1956 Chevrolet Bel Air we
have here at Adventure Classics has been restored back to the
factory stock look with an upgraded interior, modified and chromed
engine, plush and comfortable interior, and that great two-tone
paint job.

Exterior
Our 56 has a great combination of Green and Gold paint and
certainly looks the part. Thanks to their killer curves of the Bel
Air family really lend themselves to the paint and it looks great
with great chrome and glass as you can see in the pictures.
The body lines are great and include the styling cues that make
this Tri-Five look so good. Single housings incorporated the
taillight, stoplight, and backup light, and the left one held the
gas filler to really add to this 56's aesthetics.
