Vehicle Description
The 1990 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 will forever be a benchmark
collectible. It was the inaugural year of a fast purpose-built
supercar-level C4. The Corvette has always been America's version
of the European sports car, but the ZR1 truly merged this attitude.
It went to finishing school with the racing masters at Lotus in
England, and they helped transform the classic Chevy V8 into a
lighter aluminum-block multi-valve all-around juggernaut. Lotus is
not only great for lightness but also sharpness, and so they even
helped with the suspension. But you probably already knew all the
stats that make the ZR1 earn its King of the Hill nickname. What
you want to know is just how well-preserved this example of the
legend is. It has a beautiful show-ready style over every inch that
comes from averaging only about 600 miles annually. It's a
fantastically preserved coupe where any main modifications can also
be easily reversed if you so desire. It's not the kind of car
that's still on its original tires and will make you nervous about
driving it. Instead, it's the ZR1 you get to properly enjoy the
drive to a car show and then get a prominent placement when you
arrive.

The ZR1 was a reminder that the Corvette was at the forefront of
GM's performance engineering. It was a contemporary solution to an
era that was just figuring out how to really bring the V8 into a
modern power era. And this is what you'll tell people when you take
this one to the car shows. Because a first-year ZR1 planted a flag
in our automotive history, and this example has been treated like a
proper collectible. So while the odometer is low, we bet you're
going to be seeking out plenty of far-away car shows (with nice
back roads along the way) to help you add to it. And when such an
alluring first-year ZR1 is this nicely priced, you know you can't
miss this deal. Call today!!!
