1962 Ford Ranchero, runs and drives good. Original straight 6, has been re-sealed. 3 speed on the column Manual transmission, has been rebuilt, and new clutch installed. I own and operate an automotive repair shop, all repairs have been completed by ASE certified technicians.We have replaced a lot of parts on the car, the drivetrain is V-8 ready. Mustang front end parts and rear end (new parts) Here are a few of the things my shop replaced: New wiring harness and fuse block, new tires, aftermarket nice wheels, new fuel pump, hoses, fuel tank cleaned and sealed with internal liner, ( I also own a radiator and fuel tank repair shop), new carburetor, fresh tune up. Front end: inner and outer wheel bearings, upper control arms, front spindles (mustang parts, new), stabilizer bushings, tie rod adapters, sway bar kit, V-8 coil springs. Rear shocks are also new. Cooling system: New custom radiator, water pump, thermostat, pressure cap, system has been power flushed, belt is new. Brakes: Front disc brake conversion, rotors, pads, hoses, brake lines, master cylinder, rear brake shoes and wheel cylinders, hardware kit, calipers & brackets, wheel seals, equalizer bar repair kit. There are really too many parts to list. Almost a total restoration. Things it still needs just to be honest: rear glass has a crack, vehicle will need an alignment, vacuum reservoir for wipers (slow to move but they work), drivers window regulator (window drops slightly if you close the door too hard), center steering wheel cover (missing), glove box (missing), driver's arm rest, and a knob for the vent control. Overall, this is a nice car to finish up restoration with very little things still needed. Paint is primer black, I would have had it painted, but, maybe you would like a different color?
