I'm selling my near showroom condition 1998 Jeep Cherokee XJ. Garage kept and under a car cover, this Cherokee XJ is stock minus a two-inch Old Man Emu suspension lift. The exterior was re-spayed in the original factory black to have a brand new OEM look. The front-end was then covered in 3M paint protection film to prevent rocks chips.
The interior is nearly flawless with the seats, carpet, door panels, and upholstery all original, like-new condition. The only replacement for the interior was the headliner, which was repaired with an OEM gray unit. Windows are in great condition with the windshield and front passenger-side glass being replaced within the last year due to chips and wear. Wheels are original OEM units in great condition wrapped in Falken rubber with about 60 percent life left.
The engine is the nearly bulletproof 4.0L inline six, automatic AW4 transmission, NP 231 Command-Trac 4WD transfer case, and heavy duty Corporate 8.25 rear end. The transmission was rebuild 2 years ago due to age and runs very strong. A new steering rack was also fitted due to age. This Jeep turns heads everywhere and is well on its way to being a future classic. I don't drive it enough to justify keeping it.
