This is a numbers matching, 1969 Dodge Dart GT that is mostly untouched. It comes with 2 motors. Numbers matching original 273(running perfectly when removed) and the currently installed 400hp 340 - 408 stroker built by Precision Racing Engines in North Vancouver. This motor and car setup is tons of fun and easy to drive. Power steering, 3 speed automatic with a 3000 stall convertor and working original factory air conditioning all make it seem almost civilized. Put your foot down on the gas pedal and put a smile on your face. Upgraded front disk brakes and rear drum brakes will get you slowed down as quickly as needed. Helwig swaybars front and back, new shocks and hd rear leaf springs as well as moog steering components keep the car stable and responsive. A recently rebuilt 8-3/4 323 sure-grip differential delivers power to the back wheels and keeps it highway drivable.
It has been painted once in 2011, and the seats were re-covered in 2012. The original paint is still in the entire engine bay, door jams, inside trunk lid and underside of the car. There is no rust and it has never been in an accident.
A true sleeper even when you look under the hood. It is factory correct. I have lots of original owner documentation including factory build sheet, dealer brochure with owners notes and the same car featured on the cover, warranty book, etc.(see photos)
