This 1970 Chevrolet CST/10 pickup is finished in red over black
leather and is powered by a 454ci V8 paired with a Turbo-Hydramatic
700R4 four-speed automatic transmission with a 12 bolt a
limited-slip differential. The factory 396ci engine was replaced
with a balanced and blueprinted 454ci V8 under prior ownership.
It includes Brodix cylinder heads, Crower roller hydraulic lifters,
an aftermarket camshaft, 10:1 compression pistons, a Holley Quick
Fuel carburetor, an Edelbrock RPM Air Gap intake manifold, Doug's
Tri-Y exhaust headers, a serpentine belt system, and a replacement
four-core copper radiator with dual electric fans.
This CXT/10 has four-wheel disc brakes with drilled slotted rotors,
Bilstein shocks, a B&M converter lockup controller, , dual
exhaust outlets, a rubber bed mat, a chrome grille, side mirrors,
and moldings. A tow hitch is mounted behind the fold-down license
plate.
The steel 15? Rally wheels wear 255/70 BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires
and is also equipped with rack and pinion steering, tubular A-arms,
coil springs, Bilstein shocks.
The interior features a bench seat that has been reupholstered in
black leather with houndstooth inserts and matching door panels and
a painted dash with a black pad. Additional equipment includes a
locking glove box, a Vintage Air climate control system, and a
Retrosound stereo with Bluetooth and subwoofers, and the
aftermarket B&M converter lockup controller is mounted on the
underside of the dashboard.
There is a three-spoke steering wheel, a 100-mph speedometer, a
5k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for voltage, coolant temperature,
fuel level, and oil pressure. The five-digit odometer shows just
over 5,667k miles but original true mileage is unknown.
