True 70s time capsule. Original CA blue/yellow plate, outside looks period correct for a 70s street machine with the rims and stance. I bought this 3.5 years ago after it sat in the high desert in CA for 18 years. Since I've had it, I replaced the entire front end suspension, converted front from drum to disk brakes, had a 302 rebuilt with a mild cam for approx 300hp (have receipts for engine rebuild), replaced the 80's overdrive with a C4 with a shift kit (with receipts), put on a holly 600cfm elec choke carb, new radiator, water pump, power steering pump and hoses, hei distributor, fuel pump, engine mounts, all the stuff that goes with a new engine install. Has dual exhaust, had flowmaster for a bit but it was just too much, so put some other kind of performance mufflers on it, can't remember name, way less droning now. I put in 2000's mustang bucket seats and a Nissan console just to make inside more modern and functional. New heater core. I did the work on it about 2 years ago and probably haven't put more than 500 miles on it. So it's ready to go. The metal on this thing is SOLID. CA car all it's life, so frame has zero rust, there's about a quarter sized rust hold on rear passenger quarter. Since it sat for so long, mice had got in and peed on the floors, so I needed to POR 15 the floors and add a small piece of sheet metal on rear floor to be solid, that's it. I also 'converted' it from column ignition to dash ignition and from column shift to floor shift, pretty crude, but works. Still has the column with key/shifter in it. It's definitely a project for someone that wants to take it from here and make a really cool car. The body has some dents and old bondo from a side swipe from decades ago, pretty sure just one repaint, guessing in 80s or 90s. So will need body work if you want to paint it. Interior needs dash pad, carpet, door panels, rear seat, rear deck, etc....needs interior is what I'm sayin' If this is what you are looking for, shoot me an offer. Clean CA Title and currently registered. Couple video clips
