Vehicle Description
By the late 1960s, Oldsmobile had asserted its dominance over the
rest of the "premium" muscle car segment with its legendary 4-4-2.
Looking at this beautiful, authentic 1969 Cutlass 4-4-2
Convertible, it's easy to see why. Powered by a massive Oldsmobile
455 C.I. "High-Output" V8 breathing fire through twin Edelbrock
4-barrel carburetors, this '69 Olds absolutely screams. Torque is
stomped into the pavement through the use of a 3-speed automatic
transmission, which allows this Olds to glide down the road as it
shifts smoothly. Dressed up to appear as a "Hurst-Olds" 4-4-2, this
'69 Convertible looks the part in every way. Covered in
eye-catching "Cameo White" over "Firefrost" golden-metallic Hurst
decals and accents, this 4-4-2 drop-top is sure to draw a crowd
anywhere it goes. That color combination is laid out over
laser-straight bodylines, and they look fantastic paired with the
white convertible top. The floors, frame, trunk and jambs are all
in great shape, and all present nicely. Opening the twin doors
reveals a strikingly-gorgeous black vinyl interior, complete with
comfy bucket seats, woodgrain trim, and a full center console. It's
also got all the options a Hurst-Olds would have, including power
steering, power brakes, front disc brakes, a ram-induction hood
with "455 H.O." decals, factory A/C, a power convertible top, power
windows, power locks, factory gauges & tachometer, "dual-sport"
mirrors, a remote driver's mirror, an updated JVC AM/FM/Cassette
stereo system, newer "Realistic" speakers, a rear spoiler, and a
mean-sounding Flowmaster dual exhaust system. The car rides on
Oldsmobile golden 15" steel wheels over B.F. Goodrich RWL tires for
an appearance straight out of a 1969 Hurst advertisement! For as
nice as this Olds looks, it runs and drives down the highway even
better. This is a Hurst-Olds done right, with an immaculate
attention to detail right down to the decal graphics. It won't last
long on our showroom floor, so don't let it pass you by!
