Starting in 1948, Land Rover's became the defining marque of
off-road capability and versatility. In the 1980s, the brand
defined the Defender series models that focused on better ride and
handling while not compromising its off-road reputation. One of the
longest produced vehicle models in history, the Defenders we
constantly tweaked through the years to enhance comfort and
performance. The Defender is by far one of the most iconic vehicles
that defines off-road capability.
This restored 1998 Defender 90 is the perfect balance of ruggedness
and comfort. Powered by a 2.5L turbo diesel inline 4-cylinder
motor, the power and torque of this SUV is immediately apparent
when you step on the gas. The 5-speed transmission provides a
smooth flow between gears and a comfortable ride at any speed. The
SUV's commanding gray exterior is accented by black trim, including
black diamond decking on the hood. This Defender rides on BF
Goodrich tires mounted on 16" Sawtooth wheels. LED signal lamps as
well as projector-style headlamps add a modern touch and great
visibility to the SUV. The front bumper and roof are outfitted with
ARB-style bumper and roof rack. On the interior, the complimenting
black trim is in fantastic condition. Even equipped with air
