This Land Rover went through a $150,000 restoration at Black Bridge Motors in Norwalk, CT to turn it into a restomod. Black Horse Garage finished the vehicle and made it a more reliable and enjoyable driving vehicle. Some of the work we did at Black Horse Garage includes: new paint, upgraded drivetrain, suspension, brakes, and five new tires.
This Series IIA was given a new engine, a 2.3-liter Ford Ecoboost and it is driven by a 6-speed T-56 manual transmission. This vehicle will not only excel in the outback with its four-wheel drive, but also will accelerate on the highway!
The Rover comes with modern comforts as well. Black Horse Garage has installed A/C and it also has heated front seats. The rear jump seats are new, as is the soft top. It also has five new tires and new gauges on the dash.
