Here is a very nice 1955 Chevy two-ten two door sedan. It is painted, what we would call, ‘Lipstick Red’. The drivetrain is as follows: GM Crate motor 330 Horsepower 350 with a Borg Warner ‘T-10” close ratio 4 speed transmission. The transmission has been overhauled and has new bearings and synchronizers. The car runs strong with a stock set of 3:55 gears. The driveshaft has new U-joints.
Any rust that was in this car back in the day was removed and new steel was properly welded in place. The headlight caps were replaced properly with new steel ones. This car was completed back in the early 2000’s.
It has a beautiful tweed interior all custom made with a ‘just the right touch’ of class. The interior garnish moldings, windshield trim and rear window trim have all been chromed and are in tremendous condition.
The two rear side windows and the rear glass have been tinted with a darker film and look spectacular with this red body.
The chrome and stainless are in nice shape.
The brakes have just been inspected with good shoes on the rear and good disc brakes in the front.
Since this car was built, it has always been kept in heated storage.
This car seems solid, and it will be a good investment for anybody looking to put their money where it can be enjoyed and grow with some fun times.
