1957 Mercedes-Benz Unimog 404.115 with m180 gas engine (NOS crate motor replacement) in a very unique configuration with a military (folding/removable sides) flatbed. Originally a fire brigade vehicle, the firebox was removed but all original wiring and components were left. This includes 2 working generators (24v for main operation and a 12v for subsystems no longer on board) and points regulators. PTO operates and functions on the front with rear output optional. Original wheels currently sporting 37" tires. Has original on-board air system that was bypassed but believe it is operational. Cold air intake was added when the original air filtration system was removed. New clutch and new hatch cover. Have military bench seating frame for the bed (can be put in after adding a flooring for the bed), military camo covering for the bed (no bows) and original headlights (if you want to put them back in). Have welting for the fenders that needs to be put in. Window gasketing replaced and new brake lights added. Has a few leaks (as old vehicle often do) and some surface rust which needs to be dealt with which is why I haven't floored the bed yet. Titled and registered in Virginia. Runs and stops although could use some attention.
