Gateway Classic Cars of STL is proud to offer this sharp 1955
Chevrolet Bel Air. This beast of a Bel Air screams 50's hot rod
culture because of the teal blue metallic paint accented by black
flames. Adding to the curb appeal are chrome bumpers, chrome
mirrors, chrome body molding, dual exhaust exiting the rear with
chrome tips, blue dot taillight lenses, a California rear bumper,
and 14" Weld Pro Star wheels wrapped in radial tires. The teal and
black two-tone interior flows well with the exterior paint theme.
Additionally, the interior sports cloth bucket seats, aftermarket
steering wheel, rocket tachometer, AM/FM cassette player, custom
painted pinstriping on the dash, a B&M shifter, autogage
aftermarket gauges, and black carpeting. Powering this monster is a
350 CID Chevrolet small block engine mated to a turbo 400 3 speed
automatic transmission. This bel air mixes v8 performance with
comfort features such as power brakes, R12 air conditioning, and
electric windshield wipers. Under the hood sports chrome valve
covers, a chrome Moroso air cleaner, aluminum champion radiator,
aluminum intake, and a Holley 600 CFM carburetor. According to the
owner the following items have been updated or replaced; axle
bearing, U-joints, front end, body mounts, rewired with wire looms,
fuse panel, brake hardware, KYB gas shocks, etc. If you are looking
