Finished in Baikal Blue Metallic over a black leather interior, this 1972 BMW 3.0 CS was a European delivery car that was imported to the United States. The car has been preserved in beautiful survivor condition with the exception of one high end repaint.
The interior features the original black leather seats which are still soft and supple. The BMW is equipped with a Nardi steering wheel and Nardi shift knob and has power windows. The CS is also a factory AC car. The door panels, dash, package tray and headliner are also well preserved originals and the 3.0 has a Becker Mexico radio and proper working gauges.
The engine has the correct VIN stamping on the pad by the starter and is equipped with Weber carbs. The car retains its correct and paint sticker in the engine compartment and factory VIN plate.
The paint work was done over solid original, and what we believe to be unmolested body panels. It’s base/clear and has been wet sanded and buffed. The trim is original and in excellent condition and the glass is original to the car as well. In the trunk is the full tool kit.
