classic with this 1972 GMC k/20 4x4 Sierra Grande. We purchased
this beautiful ride from a country neighbor of mine. I have known
the truck for many years. This excellent example of a very nice
first generation c/k truck is simply amazing. My neighbor had owned
the truck since 1988 and always kept it stored inside. He used it
for dump days and work around his place. In my opinion, this is a
beautifully kept and very original fifty one year old time capsule.
The body is 100% original metal and almost totally original paint.
We simply wet sanded and clear coated the great, original two tone
paint. The body of this 4x4 is so straight, with only very few and
minor dings and dents, its amazing. It has the original grill,
trim, wheels and even the original hubcaps. Inside, this is one
loaded Sierra Grande (which was GMC's highest option package). It
just gets better and better. With original and very fancy
headliner, original wood grain door panels, wood grain dash, and
glove box face. The carpet is new and so is the beautiful green
plaid seat upholstery is hard to beat. This K/20 is powered by a
very strong running 350 V8 and automatic transmission that has
obviously been pampered and cared for like the rest of the truck.
These trucks are only original one time and any of these K series
Chevys are bringing huge money, I personally think that any
original truck in the kind of shape this truck is in, should bring
way more money than a restoration truck. But again, that is my
opinion. One thing is for sure, this is about as nice as any fifty
one year old original truck will get, so I wouldn't wait. Because
when this time capsule is gone, its gone for good. WE WILL ARRANGE
