Vehicle Description
The compact pickup segment was a welcomed addition to the larger
full size pickups from the 80's and 90's. Still capable of towing
and hauling equipment, but easier to handle and fit into tighter
spots around the jobsite. GM produced one of these to every 30 full
size pickups but were always in demand.
This very clean and Southern owned 1986 Chevrolet S10 pickup came
out of Alabama. Brought up to Michigan in October of 2022. This
little pickup is very clean and other than some wear on the paint
it has avoided the rust monster and is a solid truck. Inside this
truck it is very basic, but heat works, A/C is cold and stereo with
CD for your tunes. Bench seat was redone a few weeks ago and fresh
rubber floor installed at the same time. New LED headlights/fog
lights were also installed to provide plenty of light for any late
night drives.
This cool S10 also received a set of staggered E-T wheels with wide
white Cooker tires that really set this truck apart and give it a
retro look. During our test drive the car handled very nicely and
was enjoyable to drive. The 2.8L V6 has some great power and will
allow you to pull a trailer or cargo with ease. Don't hesitate on
this very clean and fairly low mileage truck, these are very
popular and finding a non rusty truck is becoming nearly
impossible.
