Here is a really stunning looking and presenting Bentley Turbo R
finished in Masons black with magnolia Connolly hides with tan
accents, black carpeting. The twin fine lines to the waist-rails
are hand-painted in matching tan. The car is in absolutely stunning
condition. There is no mistake and she is show-worthy. This Bentley
is very well known to us having been fully maintained by us by an
owner who would request everything and anything be done without
sparing expense. Every service is completely up to date. The car
has travelled only 59,700 miles. The Bentley Turbo R is powered by
a 6.75 litre Rolls-Royce designed V8 engine with the Zytech fuel
injection system and Garrett Turbo-charger. Exuding in excess of
400 horsepower it pumped out over 550 foot pounds of torque. So she
is quite spritely indeed and, quoting Modern Car's review upon its
release; "such is the power of this 2.5 ton behemoth, when you
power down streets in Sussex, she blows leaves off trees in Kent!".
It has the look and a true behemoth it is! With the black and
completely integrated colour-coded bumpers, this is indeed a
handsome beast. This is the last year (50,000 series) of the Turbo
R series (1985-1997) and is the most desirable of the SZ Turbo R
model. It was the fastest of all the production run Turbo Rs and,
besides a far more powerful engine unit, had many upgrades from the
earlier models to include; integrated front and rear bumper,
slim-line Bentley grill, 17" alloy wheels, 4-speed automatic
transmission with centre console gear-shift, the latest dash
configuration with extra wood and upgraded 4-vent AC, a
multi-speaker stereo system, revised seat design and full leather
headliner. In addition to the "standard" Turbu R, this example has
the chrome wheel option and the burl walnut insert panels on all 4
doors, with the famous winged "B" logo on all for door cappings.
Having been meticulously maintained by Park-Ward, this Bentley
Turbo needs absolutely nothing. Some $10,000 was spent at its last
major service to include mechanical and electrical items. Nothing
was over-looked, ignored or deferred. I reiterate, mechanically and
operationally, this car needs nothing - guaranteed. Under the
bonnet, the presentation is amazing. It has not been precision
detailed but simply kept clean and tidy throughout its life. The
car sports the latest style (factory specification original) Turbo
R 17" alloy wheels in chrome finish. Gorgeous! The body of the car
is straight and the paint deep in lustre and consistency. It is
almost perfect without any fading, dents or dings. Rubbers,
mouldings, badges and external fittings are all in excellent
condition. There is truly nothing one could criticize and, as such,
is of show quality. The interior of this car is equally stunning.
The Connolly leather shows beautifully and is completely original.
It has never been re-dyed or messed with and yet remains very soft
and supple without any signs of typical wear. The wood throughout
is excellent and can comfortably be described as near perfect
showing only the most minimal lacquer cracks. Hardly noticeable and
mentioned ONLY for clear disclosure and, otherwise, no chips or
marks. Carpets, seats, dash, front top-roll, rear parcel shelf and
fixtures are truly excellent and I best encourage you to look at
all the photos to fully appreciate how nicely the interior
presents. The car also had an up-market current technology
Blaupunkt stereo CD system recently fitted by Park-Ward.
Notwithstanding the car's impeccable maintenance, it will still
undergo our "Predelivery Commissioning" program which is a process
to ensure all services are up to date and all operational features
function and operate as they should. This occurs once the car is
sold and prior to delivery. As part of Park-Ward's maintenance
