Vehicle Description
This 1952 Chevrolet Styleline Deluxe has the right classic cruiser
look. After all, it has the unmistakable 1950s style, but upgrades
to the paint, wheels, and comfy interior to make it especially nice
to drive all weekend long.
Two-tone colors were terrific to have on a classic Chevy, but the
presentation is quite modern here. After all, red with a black roof
has a timeless kind of feel, but the level of shine here makes it
unmistakably modern. So the sunshine radiates as it evenly rolls
across the whole car. And of course, there's plenty of chrome. It's
surrounding every piece of glass, outlining the lower rear fender,
surrounding every exterior light, and smiling with a shiny toothy
grille. Nothing about this wants to be a trailer queen, and
instead, it revels in being a true cruiser. So you even have fun
details like the windshield overhang, polished exhaust tip, and
polished 15-inch American Racing wheels.
The red and black return inside for a comprehensive and stylish
look that does a good job of mixing its vintage style with a modern
flair. For example, you still have the classic dash, large grippy
steering wheel, and factory-style gauges. While the seats are
classic-style benches, they have a terrific custom setup with red
diamond tucked inserts. The door panels are done to match, and
everything from the carpeting to the headliner has a clean and
coordinated look. Because this was built to be a cruiser, you'll
also see some well-integrated upgrades. The cup holder console is a
custom-formed unit, and the classic AM radio was rebuilt to be an
AM/FM stereo with aux input for your smartphone.
Under the hood is a clean and tidy way to showcase the 235
cubic-inch motor. These inline-sixes were the backbone of Chevrolet
for decades, and so we like seeing it in this car. Sure, there are
plenty of V8s that fit nicely in here, but they already took the
time to make this one quite nice. It's quite clean and
well-maintained, and so it's easy to spot nice upgrades like the
aluminum radiator, new water pump, and the 12-volt electrical
system. It's a strong runner, and the Powerglide automatic
transmission and modern tires make it an easier cruiser.
The sale comes complete with an owner's manual, classic literature,
data tag, and stock hubcaps. This Chevy has the awesome look of
nostalgia and the best upgrades so that you can enjoy the drive.
