Gateway Classic Cars of San Antonio/Austin is proud to offer this
1954 Ford F100. The F100 series of pickups was introduced for the
2nd generation in 1953 and would join a line of history pickups for
many years to come. These trucks introduced the 3 number trim
moniker in their name which is something that continues even to
present day. This truck brings new meaning to a hotrod with fiery
yellow and black paint job. Between those large, rounded fenders
sits a factory style 239CID V-8, which pairs nicely to the "three
on the tree" manual transmission that spins the 15" American Racing
wheels wrapped in 215/60 radial tires in the front and 255/70s in
the back. The cab features a bench seat upholstered in black vinyl
accompanied by yellow, orange, and red center inserts. The inside
has been tastefully updated with fresh looking headliner, dash
panel, rubber flooring and door panels. A three-spoke steering
fronts instrumentation that includes a 90-mph speedometer and
readings for coolant temperature, oil pressure, fuel level, and
battery amperage. The five-digit odometer indicates 7400 miles,
although true mileage is unknown. Classic trucks never go out of
style, and this dialed-in Ford F100 has all the right ingredients
for a super fun cruiser you can show off with great pride!
