Vehicle Description
This 1955 Chevrolet 210 is a true restomod, and that means an icon
that was made to be driven. So you have a fuel-injected Vortec V8,
overdrive transmission, upgraded suspension, and the kind of
overall attitude that makes it easy to hit the road and enjoy at
any time.
This one makes a bold first impression. Sure, we all take notice of
an iconic '55 Chevy, but the paint on this one is an instant
standout. There was never a blue this bold from the factory back
then, and the crisp white in this two-tone sets it apart even
further. And we like how the full fit and finish never takes
anything too seriously so that you know it's a true driver's car.
Chevy did some artful chrome on this 210, and so it's great to see
it all complete today. It includes the wraparound bumpers, a
jet-inspired hood ornament, and a great trim package that now
separates these two paint colors. There are some nice details to
this, like the tinted glass, clear headlights, and true Keystone
Klassic wheels that announce to the world that this is quite
vintage but unmistakably upgraded.
The blue and gray interior keeps a similar look and driver-ready
tone as the exterior. You get all the right classic pieces, like
plenty of bright trim, a dual cowl dash, and a roomy interior with
ample space for family and friends. But just like the exterior, you
can also spot some well-integrated upgrades for a better cruiser.
For example, you have a retro-style AM/FM stereo for better driving
music, and the cloth upholstery is a nice comfortable touch. Plus,
the driving expertise was clearly upgraded. You have a smaller
diameter wheel that keeps the classic style, and it's now mounted
on a tilt column. There are also billet pedals, a Lokar floor
shifter, and Dakota Digital gauges.
The engine bay has some nice details with the Camaro-style two-tone
engine cover and a newer aluminum radiator. But the best part is
that you have been upgraded to a 5.3-liter fuel-injected Vortec V8.
That means more displacement in a far younger/advanced package for
a great driving attitude. And as you look underneath, you'll see
they really made this one to be enjoyed. The suspension has been
upgraded with tubular A-arms in the front, and the rear is an
upgraded four-link setup with diagonal support and RideTech
adjustable coilovers. Add in power seeing, power brakes, front
discs, and a four-speed automatic transmission with overdrive, and
this is an impressive total driving package.
It's important to see the full picture of this Chevy. It's not
going to win awards for its paint or interior from day one. Those
are the kinds of cars that cost six figures. So there's an appeal
here that you can invest to get to that level while also making
this one even more personal. However, the true attractiveness we
see is what you get from day one. It's a true American icon that's
built to give you a fun and carefree driving experience where
everyone knows you for this Tri-Five because you practically drive
it everywhere. Call today!!!
