For Sale: 1959 Chevrolet 1/2-Ton Pickup in Burlington, Washington
1959 Chevrolet 32 1/2 Ton Pickup DGT7634 VIN. 3B590117634. If
you're looking for a stock, good looking, well taken care of pick
up, you need to look at this one up close. I wouldn't call it a
frame off restoration, but they did have the cab off when they were
in the process of painting it. 235 Chevrolet six cylinder engine
with a 3 speed manual transmission on the column. Really look
closely to photos to tell how clean and cared for this truck has
been. I have driven it about 70 miles so far and it just runs and
drives great. Come by for a test drive, and I think you'll be
impressed. He bought it in 1992 when he lived in California. After
he moved here to Skagit Valley it was stripped to bare metal and
painted. I assume that's when the seats were reupholstered? The
tires do not have many miles on them either. This truck has never
had a radio. We did not find any rust or signs of rust repair. I'm
really impressed with the overall condition of this truck.
