Vehicle Description
Sunnyside Chevrolet of Elyria, Ohio in conjunction with Greg's
Sports, Classic, & Muscle is proud to offer for sale this beautiful
1965 Mercury Cyclone
This 65 Cyclone is both a rare and beautiful car. This example is a
fully restored, dry western car in the very desirable factory-built
combination of Onyx Black and a Palomino interior. The car is very
straight and quite striking in this combination.
Powered by it's A code 289 engine and backed by its dual range 3
speed automatic (code 6) this Cyclone motivates down the road quite
nicely. Power steering and brakes are nice options to have along
with factory buckets and console. Also sporting its rare and
correct Chrome Wheel Hubcaps we think this is a very nice, very
correct example of a fairly rare 65 Cyclone.
The Cyclone was a limited production car in 65 representing around
8% of Comet total production and was the most expensive base price
Comet short of the Villager Wagon. However you look at it, this is
a very nice example of a fairly rare, desirable car.
Drive it, show it, keep it in a bubble and polish it as a prized
possession, the choice is yours once you make it yours.
We stand behind our thoughts on this car by offering our travel
expenses guarantee- come see the car and if we have materially
misrepresented its condition we will gladly pay half of your travel
expenses up to $500.00- this offer had been in place since we sold
our first classic and we haven't paid the money yet.... We pride
ourselves on having good cars and representing them properly.
