Vehicle Description
2002 Harley Davidson ASM
Motorcycling takes on many forms and different personalities. There
are the folks that have big bikes that can do long haul trips, the
crotch rockets for the no fear crowd, and the choppers for the true
biker which can be literally anyone from a CEO to a hoodlum. Some
bikes take it even further with beautiful design and artwork that
rolls along the highway, so you need to see this one!
For consignment, a rolling work of art in the form of a near show
bike due to the customization with a mixture of specialty chromed
parts, and of course the airbrush artwork which I'm still trying to
decipher, but I have to admit I like it. I also like the shape of
the bike, and the overall look. Specifically built for a military
member who hardly ever rode it, this bike is sporting tons of
custom touches, including wire spoke wheels, a TP Pro-Series
engine, and a custom matching helmet. Oh, and did I mention, the
sound is to die for.
The Bike
Slightly chopped the chromed front forks reach back to the rider
with chromed handlebars and grips. A skull emblazoned and
airbrushed orangish red and flamed front fender covers the wild
multi-spoke 21-inch chromed front wheel with a big disc brake. All
this moves to a custom airbrush artwork which depicts another
screaming skull intermingled with more flames and laughing skulls
with more orange and tribal motif along with skulls cascading down
the side panels and frame. On the rear fender is a very muscular
and very nude woman who seems somehow to have ended up kneeling
down among more skulls and licking flames, (I think i've met this
woman in a dream of mine). This frames the "Phat" rear tire with
another wire spoke 19-inch chrome wheel. In the middle of the tank
and rear fender is a saddle leather seat for 1.
Drivetrain
A gleaming TP Pro Series 121ci V twin engine is in the orange/red
framing and it sports curved dual pipes that face the road. It has
a 5-speed manual transmission and belt drive, and is dressed to the
nines with polished chrome, aluminum and stainless.
Some scrapes of the paint on the bottom of the frame and a few chip
offs here and there. The custom artwork tells a story and the more
you look the more it tells. A rolling thunderous work of bike art,
low chop, and plenty of custom chromed parts. I'm donning my shirt
that reads "If you can read this the bxxxh fell off!".
