This custom 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle SS celebrates the car that
unseated Pontiac's GTO as America's best-selling high-performance
car for 1969. Power is delivered by a performance-built 396ci
big-block V8 engine paired with a TH400 automatic transmission and
12-bolt rear end. Refinished in Monaco Orange, a paint color
available only on the SS, this Chevelle is adorned by SS badges and
trim with a black vinyl top, and rides on a set of SS wheels. In
addition to power steering and power front disc brakes, features
include a black bucket-seat interior and center console mounting a
factory "horseshoe" shift lever.
