Vehicle Description
This 1993 Dodge Power Ram W350 is an impressive classic for those
who want a serious truck that also has serious style. It's a 4x4
dually with unflinching diesel power, and as you look over
everything from the two-tone paint to the loaded A/C interior, you
start to see a vintage pickup built for today's long haul.
The size of the truck already makes it imposing, but the level of
care it has received also makes it quite striking. The
factory-correct two-tone is only said to have had the top silver
portion resprayed. And so not only does it look fantastic, but also
the exceptional presentation of the blue really highlights the
level of respect this truck has seen over the last 30 years. And
there's some nice flair on the bright grille, chrome bumpers,
brushed tailgate insert, and wide towing mirrors. But overall, it's
the blocky, muscular body lines that make this one intimidating
machine. 1993 was the final year before the switchover to the newer
silhouette we know today, so this one has some of the most modern
construction and features while still retaining the classic Ram
appearance. And yes, as a dual rear wheel (dually) pickup, it comes
with beefy factory features to make it a terrific hauler, like the
8-lug wheels and amber roof lights. Plus, this has been given some
very handy upgrades. The LED headlights make this nice to drive all
the way through the night. The bed has been rhino-lined, and
underneath the newer rubber mat, there's a proper gooseneck setup.
And the upgraded 20-inch alloys resemble the Alcoa wheels you'd
find on a semi-truck.
The gray interior shows how a big truck like this is made for big
comfort. There are two high-back bucket seats finished in a comfy
velour. And the rarely-seen extended cab means you have jump seats,
extra storage, or even just more room to recline the front seats.
The stock steering wheel gives you an excellent grip, and it's on a
tilt column to provide an unobstructed view of the tri-pod gauge
setup. Plus, the dash has a hand tach added. You can easily enjoy
this one over the long haul thanks to a long options list that
includes power windows, power locks, cruise control, a cup holder
center console, and an upgraded AM/FM stereo with USB and
Bluetooth. You can open the vent windows and slide the rear glass
open to get that perfect breeze flowing through the cab. But if you
need a little more cooling, the factory air conditioning is blowing
nice and cold.
A big truck needs proper power under the hood, and this one has the
5.9-liter Cummins turbodiesel. This is a long-standing torque
monster, and so to have it on the top three-quarter ton 350-series
dually chassis means we know you're dreaming about all the hauling
you can do. And the two-speed 4x4 transfer case means your fun is
not limited to the pavement.
In fact, you have some terrific 4x4 upgrades like newer Warn front
locking hubs, Nitto Terra Grappler All-Terrain tires, a dual front
shock stabilizer kit, and a Skyjacker two-inch lift kit. But part
of the long haul comfort means great anytime driving features like
power steering, power brakes, front discs, and Bilstein shocks. And
no matter where you go, the control of a five-speed manual
transmission is quite desirable.
The sale comes complete with the owner's manual packet, service
manuals, and a long list of improvements made during the
consignor's last ten years of care. This is the 4x4 dually that's
cool, rare, and knows how to get to work. So if you love a distinct
vintage truck, don't miss this deal. Call today!!!
