For Sale: 1933 Chevrolet Master in Arlington, Texas

Vehicle Description

1933 Chevrolet Custom Coupe

To replace the Series BA Confederate, Chevrolet introduced the CA Eagle series in 1933. The name was short lived though as it changed to "Master" after being joined by the Standard Six model. This gave Chevrolet the opportunity to provide 2 different vehicles with different wheel bases. While this all steel 1933 Chevrolet may have started life as one of those cars it has since been heavily modified. It was built in a very cool old school style with American Graffiti being the obvious inspiration. A majority of the work on the car was done by Custom Street Rods of Boyd, Texas and it comes with a ton of receipts. The 5 window coupe body is in good shape with no rust issues and painted in a nice Yellow color. Flames are in place by the exhaust on the sides but those are removable decals should they not be your thing. It also has some cool "Hot Rod" style decals in place which are a neat throwback touch and something you would have definitely seen when the Hot Rodding craze exploded. The lights are all converted to LED and it has tear drop taillights with the blue dotsin back. Up front the Halogen headlights are brand new and all of them work correctly. The glass is in good condition throughout and has a slight tint. The front windshield wiper is new and works properly. Top mounted peep mirrors have been added to both doors for extra visibility and are adjustable. The Cragar SS wheels work perfectly with the overall traditional look and it does have wider P275/60R15 tires in back. The tires are all brand new.

The car is run without a hood or side panels to show off the custom built 327 V8 that gets those tires turning. It is fitted with an Edelbrock carburetor, Edelbrock valve covers, 350 heads, a mild cam and a finned butterfly hood scoop. It also has all new hoses and new belts. The custom radiator with electric fans keeps it running cool and it is still under a 1 year warranty from Norman's Radiator in Fort Worth, TX. It is a real nice cruiser and runs down the highway well. The motor is paired with a quick shift Turbo 350 automatic that transfers power back to the rebuilt Camaro rear end. The drivetrain has a total of 1,500 miles on it since being installed. The fuel system is completely new from front to rear including the new fuel cell. The brakes are all new as well with a new brake booster/master cylinder. The car has a great sound with all new exhaust and if you really want to get peoples attention you can open up those headers for a louder rumble. Other new components include the Pete & Jakes front shocks for a smoother ride.

Inside the car the upholstery is all new as is the carpeting. It is done in Black and it has a nice bench seat. The dash is all custom and fitted with Dakota Digital gauges. All the electrical is working properly as it has a brand new Painless Wiring harness. The new AM/FM/Bluetooth/Aux stereo system utilizes a power antenna and delivers a great sound. The power windows were just installed and it has a custom panel by the floor shifter to house the switches and that stereo. In front of the driver sits a chrome tilt column topped off with a Grant GT steering wheel. The trunk has all new upholstery as well and houses the Optima battery and kill switch.

This freshly built custom has a neat look and has a long life ahead of it. It definitely gets a ton of attention and being a Chevy makes it quite unique.
