This 1994 Nissan Skyline GTS-T is part of the legendary R33
generation that solidified the passion for Japanese turbocharged
road rockets - like the current Nissan GT-R. That's why it's great
to find a well-priced example with a clean, loaded, and authentic
presentation.
The R33 Skyline is a great car for those who really know their JDM
modern classics. It took the streamlining of the R32 even further
while giving us a hint at the R34 generation. The silver paint is a
later upgrade that seems like one of the colors that have defined
the Skylines of this era. It has a nice shine while still being
driver-ready. Beautiful panels, tight gaps, HID headlights, and
correct details really give this a well-respected look. And
everything from the form-fitting rear spoiler to the upgraded
Square 17-inch alloys on a lowered stance gives it the right
Japanese sports car feeling. And we just love the proper GT fender
badges.
These cars have practical origins, and so that makes for a
comfortable coupe in this highly stock interior. There are great
features like air conditioning, power windows, power mirrors, and
an upgraded infotainment touchscreen stereo with Bluetooth. This
was one for the Japanese market, and that means right-hand drive.
In a small/nimble car like this, it's quite easy to master. Plus,
it's built to really be a great anytime driver with well-bolstered
bucket seats, a grippy sports steering wheel, a tilt column, power
steering, and full gauges (with the speedometer in km/h.)
The engine bay has a very clean and very stock look to make sure
everyone can get a good view at a legendary motor. We won't pretend
this is the same thing as an R33 GT-R, but the affordable price
already told you that. What makes this so attractive (besides the
price) is that the terrific RB 2.5-liter inline-six under the hood
here is part of the same family as the one on the GT-R. That means
this is a fuel-injected twin-cam powerhouse built with a
turbocharger. And they have such a hardy reputation for easily
taking plenty of upgrades. But you don't need to add anything to
this to have plenty of fun from day one. The desirable five-speed
manual transmission gives you full control over the powerband. The
fully-independent suspension and four-wheel power disc brakes make
for a lively coupe on the back roads. And you'll really understand
how nimble a car like this can be when you experience the
four-wheel steering system.
This Skyline has the right upgrades to look speedy without losing
its sophistication. It makes for an attractive and affordable way
to join the best of the JDM community. Call today!!!
