Here is a beautiful 1953 Lincoln Capri 4dr Sedan finished in Palace
Green Metallic and Esquire Green two-tone, with white leather and
dark green nylon interior. Research has traced this Capri 4dr being
built at the Wayne, MI Plant on 04/24/1953. It came out of a
collection from the southwestern part of the United States. The
odometer shows 55,093 but we cannot confirm its actual miles or
not. The paint is in good overall condition, with some chips and
scratches. The chrome and bright work shine brightly. The
powertrain is a 317 CID OHV V8 with a Downdraft 4-barrel Holley
carb producing 205 HP with 305 ft/lb of torque. This was the first
OHV V8 offered which coined the term Hot Rod Lincoln, making this
block popular for tuning. Power meets the blacktop with a
Hydra-Matic (auto) 4-speed transmission. The interior is all
original with the carpeting and headliner in good condition. The
dashboard has its full complement of trim and small controls. The
front and rear bench seats are in overall pretty good shape. There
is some damage to the driver's side of the bench. This Lincoln is
ready to be enjoyed on your way to a car show or a nice quiet
cruise. It's a great classic car that could be kept as a daily
driver or could be the subject of a more complete restoration. Give
