Vehicle Description
This 1990 Land Rover Defender Speedster is one of the most unique
4x4s you're going to find right now. It comes from the UK custom
house Tweaked to give it a sportier style, but it also never loses
the go-anywhere nature of a true V8-powered 4x4.
The Defender series was built on a longstanding tradition of
awesome off-roading, and this one really turns it up a notch. After
all, the dark style and squared-shoulder stance are intimidating
even when parked. There are nice rugged details like textured steel
fender tops, matching rocker plates, a blackout grille, and bars
protecting the upgraded LED headlights. The black paint looks quite
complete with the right mix of stylish and off-road ready style.
The Roadster graphics are retro-cool with a premium touch. After
all, they also upgraded the hinges and custom Tweaked lettering up
front to be in gold. And of course, there's no missing the cool
look of the classic rugged wheels done in a bright and clean gold -
even the spare.
The Defender has roll-up side windows, locking hard doors, and a
full soft top. So it feels quite practical. But we bet your
favorite times are when it's all about having fun and being open to
the word. The people at Tweaked upgraded the back upholstery to
look quite comfortable on the front bucket seats and very stylish
on the military-style rear benches. Newer fill carpeting, a padded
roll bar, and a handy cent console make this feel nice without
getting overly fancy. You have an upgraded AM/FM/CD stereo with a
USB input and Bluetooth for better driving music no matter where
your adventures take you. The interior plaque designates this one
as #002, and so this one may even be one of the initial vehicles
that Tweaked used for their promotional materials (although not
confirmed) before being imported to the USA last year.
The 3.5-liter V8 was born in the USA and honed for generations at
Land Rover. And because it has been around for decades, parts
accessibility is as globally available as this 4x4. It's a strong
runner that's always ready for its next adventure. Plus, the
two-speed 4x4 transfer case, lifted suspension, and BF Goodrich All
Terrain K02 tires make sure that you can keep going even when the
trail ends. But there's more to this than just all-out off-road
dominance. The control of the five-speed manual transmission, power
steering, and power brakes with front discs make this a lively
vehicle for a night on the town.
This is a unique and custom import that still gives you proper V8
power So when the stance and style are both awesome, you know this
is a terrific Land Rover. Call today!!!
