Vehicle Description
With a fuel-injected V8, tall 4x4 prowess, A/C interior, and
overall rough-n-ready upgrades, this 1996 Ford Bronco Prerunner 4x4
Eddie Bauer is the ideal mix of modern features and classic SUV
that's ready to tackle anything.
It's pretty fun that they utilized a premium Eddie Bauer edition
Bronco for a Prerunner upgrade package. It makes for a touch of
added beauty and luxury within the upgraded brawn. For example, the
fenders are upgraded to a lightweight fiberglass that are wider and
taller to accommodate the larger tires and enhanced suspension
travel. But they even made an effort to color-match the fenders to
the green and saddle two-tone. This is not meant to be a glam
machine. After all, you're going to see plenty of beefy off-road
upgrades that are made to be useful, and when you have a vehicle of
this caliber, the only time you hear a driver say, "I scratched the
paint" is when he wants to get a laugh. In fact, they really gave
this a correct-style Baja Pre Runner setup with a taller off-road
stance, skid plates underneath, steel rock sliders, a lightweight
fiberglass hood, LED lighting, and an awesome brush guard front
bumper with an integrated winch.
When you open the door, the Corbeau Baja bucket seats are certainly
the kind of upgrade you want in a Prerunner. And the tilt wheel and
full gauges are certainly a bonus. There are still the classic
full-size Bronco features, like the lift-off rear hardtop and a
spacious back seat done in Eddie Bauer edition leather. You even
have nice creature comforts, like power windows, power locks, a
driver's airbag, an upgraded AM/FM stereo with USB and Bluetooth, a
Tuffy locking center console, and cold-bowing air conditioning. But
when you see the full-size spare and battery tied down in the cargo
area, you remember this is no coddler.
Under the hood is the 5.8-liter fuel-injected V8. It's nice to have
the optional and more powerful motor in a Bronco that's made to get
down to work. And we know you've already taken a look at the
suspension photos. This is an awesome 4x4 setup with a Threat
Motorsports long travel kit up front, Bilstein remote reservoir
rear shocks, Dana 44 twin-traction beam front end, ARB lockers
front and rear, and a newer set of Milestar Patagonia M/T tires.
It's a serious trail-ready machine, but you can also easily cruise
through town. That's why it has a four-speed automatic transmission
with overdrive, power steering, and upgraded four-wheel power disc
brakes.
Complete with build receipts, this Bronco has been upgraded to be
far more than just a poser. But that doesn't mean it won't fit into
your everyday life. It's a great total package offered for an
unbeatable price. Call today!!!
