For Sale: 1982 GMC K1500 in Lithia Springs, Georgia

Vehicle Description

There's a lot of work, play, and all-around fun in this 1982 GMC Sierra Classic K1500. It's where classic looks meet true utility. So there are even all the right features you want, like a fuel-injected crate V8, proper 4x4 prowess, and a Bluetooth radio.

The best way to describe the finish is pre-patina. It has a cool workman style like you just borrowed granddad's pickup off the farm. So while the value price can certainly leave room in your budget to upgrade the paint, re-chrome the bumpers, or other exterior updates, we already kind of like the attitude it has. There's a ready-to-work appeal with a thick rubber bed mat, useful diamond plate toolbox, and trailer hitch below the rear bumper. And don't forget about this truck's stance. The upgraded 16-inch Pacer wheels have a bright style that draws even more attention to this truck's 4x4 prowess.

The red continues inside. It was updated later in life, but it still kept the correct stock details. So you have a comfy velour bench seat, good carpeting, and even the dome light is working. Plus, there are nice upgrades, like the Pioneer AM/FM stereo with USB and Bluetooth. Plus, the wraparound factory gauge panel now has upgraded auxiliary readouts, and the column-mounted tach is also quite handy.

A GM small block always makes for a desirable powerhouse, and this is even a younger 350 cubic-inch crate V8. It's built right with an Edelbrock intake, an aluminum radiator, and long tube headers feeding into a rather straight set of dual exhaust pipes. The motor is then topped with a FiTech electronic fuel injection system which gives you better power and consistency. And it's fun to take full control over this with the classic manual transmission. It's a four-speed with a low granny gear to really let you develop nice low-end torque. When you combine that with the two-speed transfer case, lifted suspension with Rancho shocks, and Cooper Discoverer STT tires, this makes for a very capable 4x4. Plus, power steering, power brakes, and front discs make it easy to enjoy this pickup on the pavement, too.

Complete with the owner's manual, this is the classic GMC with a cool/honest style, the right additions, and a nice price. So you know you want to check out this deal. Call today!!!
