The 2004 Cadillac XLR Neiman Marcus Edition is the rarest of all XLRs produced. Specifically, this is #21 of 101 factory produced XLRs which contains its own uniquely engraved sill plate confirming its authenticity. The Neiman Marcus Edition introduced the XLR product line to the world in 2004 and all 101 produced were sold exclusively through the Neiman Marcus Christmas Book and sold out in 14 minutes at a price tag of $85,000. The industry nicknamed the XLR the "Cadillac Corvette" as they were built on the C6 Corvette platform in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
