Vehicle Description
Benefiting from a comprehensive restoration performed under
long-term ownership, this 1967 Chevrolet Corvette convertible is an
original big-block car now powered by a 1967 vintage L88 427ci
engine mated to an M22 Rock Crusher 4-speed manual transmission. It
is finished in Lynndale Blue with a black hood Stinger and features
a correct side-exhaust system, black vinyl auxiliary hardtop and
Corvette Rally wheels. This convertible celebrates the L88 option
and comes to auction with a recent service and tuning. Air
conditioning, power steering, power windows and radio were not
available for this Corvette. Mandatory options for the vehicle
included Regular Production Option J56 heavy-duty disc brake
calipers, J50 power brakes, F41 high-performance suspension, K66
transistorized ignition and a G80 posi-traction rear-axle assembly.
For the inaugural 1967 model year, L88 Corvettes were also given
