Vehicle Description
This 1964 Lincoln Continental custom convertible underwent a 2-year
restoration, during which it received a new top, new interior and
was refinished in its original paint color. It is one of 3,328
produced in 1964. This vehicle is powered by its matching-numbers
430ci V8 engine mated to an automatic transmission that is original
to the car and was rebuilt in 2019. Its restoration in 2016
included installing a new cloth top, relays, motors, hydraulics,
hose and an upper panel limited switch. This Lincoln also features
an AccuAir Management system with a Mobsteel front and rear
air-ride kit that can be controlled by a smart phone. It is
outfitted with original, freshly chromed bumpers with all the
moldings, trim, front grille, Continental emblems, door handles,
driver's-side mirror in good shape and original to car. It rides on
Mobsteel Detroit steel wheels with Baby Moon caps wrapped in
Diamond Back Classics DB Z5 1-inch 245/40/20/Z5100 whitewall tires
installed in August 2022. The window motor and switches were
rebuilt and function properly. This vehicle also features a
rear-window automatic drop when the rear doors open and close. It
is equipped with air conditioning and HID headlights, with all
interior and exterior lighting working and most changed to LED. The
interior has fresh carpet and a leather interior featuring an
original black dash with no cracks. It received new rubber seals in
the doors, trunk lid, windows, convertible top and other small
areas. A Bluetooth radio was also installed, along with a subwoofer
