#4122. It is powered by an original Cobra Jet engine paired with a
correct R-servo automatic transmission. The engine was disassembled
for inspection, cleaning, gasket replacement and painting. New
standard-size rings and bearings, as well as a stock camshaft from
Holman-Moody, were installed, and the original Holley carburetor
was professionally restored by Pony Carburetors. It is equipped
with air conditioning, an original engine oil cooler with an
original rear axle, steel wheels, hubcaps, brake rotors and
calipers. This KR is a Mustang Club of America (MCA) 4-time
Concours Gold award winner at national shows in 2015 in Loveland,
CO; in 2019 in Bloomington, MN; in 2019 in Topeka, KS; and in 2021
in Overland Park, KS. On August 28, 1968, this KR shipped to J.D.
Ball Ford Dealership in Miami, FL. The sale comes with a copy of
the Deluxe Marti Report, copy factory Build Sheet, copy of Shelby
order sheet, copy of the original dealer invoice, and several fact
sheets to support the part number and date codes. With 45,512 miles
