- Paint Protection Film Featured here in this 2002 Chevrolet Blazer
is a real sleeper. At first glance, this sleek SUV looks stock, but
the subtle details start to tip the hand that there is more than
meets the eye going on with this Chevy. The black paint has been
well applied, shines with a deep luster, and is protected by a
paint protection film. Aside from the Chevy bowtie on the grille
all the emblems and side molding have been removed giving this
Blazer a clean sleek look with dark tinted windows. The hood has
been replaced with a cowl induction unit which hints there is more
of a heartbeat under the hood. Outback the rear bumper has been
smoothed and rolled and the rear windshield wiper was removed to
keep the tail looking clean with a set of custom LED taillights
installed to finish off the tasteful modifications. Inside the
clean grey interior features several upgrades including black
leather C7 Corvette Z06 power seats, leather-wrapped Oldsmobile
Bravada steering wheel, white-faced gauges, and faux burl wood trim
on the console and door panels. Other features include power
windows and locks, a tilt steering column, cruise control, factory
Delco AM/FM Radio with CD player, and air conditioning. The carpet
is clean with custom carpet floor mats and the rear seat upholstery
shows little wear with no rips or pulls in the seams. To enhance
the look and the handling of this Chevy the suspension has been
lowered with front-lowering coil springs and a rear block kit with
custom shocks. The black 19 C7 Corvette Z06 rims wrapped in Nitto
low profile radial tires fit naturally with the look of the body
upgrades and reveal a set slotted Corvette power disc brakes on all
four corners. The rest of the undercarriage has been lightly
undercoated and presents with solid floorboards and frame with no
indications of any rust through. A custom exhaust system with a
stainless steel Dyantech muffler provides a mellow exhaust note to
this clean Blazer. This setup provides well-enhanced handling and
braking yet with a smooth factory ride. Under the hood sits a GM
4.3 litre V6 with additional power added through a custom Torqstrom
Supercharger Kit. Dyno testing indicates this combination is
producing 359 HP at 5700 RPM and 350 ft. lbs. of torque at 4750
RPM. The engine is clean and well-kept. Power is passed through a
GM 4-speed automatic transmission. This clean Blazer is a blast to
drive and would make a fun weekend racer to take to your local
autocross or to take to a track day and surprise a few high-end
sports cars. Or just to drive daily in nice weather. Please call if
