1977 Ford F150 explorer custom 2wd. It starts and runs great. I
have 2 great mechanics and they both say its a great truck. Here is
a list of all the work I have had done on it. 351M ( modified )
8cyl engine. This engine can be rebuilt 3 times. It has not been
nor does it need to be rebuilt now. This truck is the custom model.
That means it has the tow package. For towing a boat or utility
trailer or a camper installation. It has heavy duty springs on the
rear and the famous Twin I Beam suspension on the front which has a
new Rebuilt Bushing Kit installed. It has Heavy duty shocks, Heavy
duty springs and a water cooled C6 automatic transmission which has
had a new main pump installed. New clutch on the fan on the
radiator. New heat sending unit. New thermostat. New hoses. Factory
AC ( disconnected, just need a belt ). Electronic Ignition. New
plug wires. Automatic Choke. New steering gear box. All new parts
in the rust free 19 gallon fuel tank ( Float, Sock, Sending Unit,
and gasket ). New brakes all around. Drum in rear, Disk on front.
80 to 90% left. New stock muffler. ( because this is a desert truck
there is no rust on the frame ) New heater core and new heater
blower fan. M&S 235/75 R15 on the rear and street tires on
front. 80-90% tread left. Clinton Repair manual and National Parts
Depot parts magazine included. This has been a great truck for me.
It will last many years as is or could be customized to your needs.
There is only minor patina rust on the body. No major dents. The
cab is white, clean and has new seat cover and a new dashboard
cover. Radio works. All gauges work. Please Note The Following
