1979 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 powered by a 355 V8 paired with a 4-speed
manual transmission. The engine was rebuilt and has approximately
6000 miles on it. The engine was dyno'd after it was built showing
340 HP and 386 lb ft of torque. Equipped with headers and HEI
ignition. Black paint shows well with a touch up here or there.
Bright Z28 graphics in orange and red on the hood and sides of the
vehicle as well as the rear. Inside is a two-tone gray cloth
interior with bucket seats. There is an aftermarket tachometer
mounted on the lower right of the column. Nicely equipped with
power steering and power brakes. The factory wheels have been
refinished and are in good shape. Other recent work includes a
compression test on the engine resulting in 150- 155 compression in
each cylinder. New spark plugs, two U joints, the carb was rebuilt,
brake fluid flushed, and new wheel cylinders installed. This Camaro
comes with extra parts including A/C components and wheel flares.
This is originally an A/C car though some of the parts are not
installed. A Pioneer Super Tuner stereo is installed and powers up
but no speakers have been mounted in the rear yet. Strong running
Camaro!
